RATES

Daily Grounds Fee:
$40 per horse/rider combination

Outside Trainer Fee:
$40 per trainer/per day

 

All riders must be under the supervision of a trainer. Riders arriving without a trainer will be assigned one, and lesson rates will apply. Jumping is strictly prohibited without a trainer present.

  • FACILITY ACCESS INCLUDED: Covered Arena, Large Outdoor Arena, Small Outdoor Arena, Hunter Field, Trailer Parking, Restrooms, Water Access (Use of jumps, dressage course, obstacles, or special equipment may be restricted.)

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: All trailer-in riders must have the following on file or present upon arrival:

    • Current negative Coggins (within 12 months)

    • Proof of vaccinations

    • Signed release of liability waiver

    • Emergency contact information

    PROPERTY RULES: Failure to follow rules may result in removal without refund.

    • ASTM/SEI-approved helmets required when mounted

    • No lunging unless permitted and in designated areas

    • No loose horses outside trailers or arenas

    • Clean up manure around trailers and common areas

    • Respect posted arena etiquette and trainer priority

    WEATHER & FOOTING POLICY:

    • Arena availability subject to weather and footing conditions

    • Schooling may be restricted or canceled to preserve footing

    • No refunds for weather-related closures
