    • Day Pass - $35

      • Covers one horse + one rider for one day

    • Additional Horse - $25

      • Same rider, same trailer, same day

    • Monthly Pass - $240

      • Covers one horse + one rider only

      • Non-transferable

      • Valid for 8 days per month


    Example Day Pass: one rider brings two horses for the day - $35 (first horse) + $25 (second horse) = $60 total for one day

    Example Monthly Pass: one rider hauls in twice a week (8 days/month) with the same horse - $240 total for one month

  • Trainers defined as those hauling in students/riders and horses.

    • Day Pass - $30 + $10 per rider

      • Trainer pays $30 for facility use for one day

      • Each rider pays $10 for facility use for one day

    • Monthly Pass - $200 per month + $5 per rider per day

      • Covers trainer access for 8 days per month

      • Each rider pays $5 per day they ride


    Example Day Pass: trainer brings 3 students for one day - $30 (trainer) + $30 (3 riders x $10) = $60 total for one day

    Example Monthly Pass: trainer comes 8 days/month with 4 students each day - $200 (trainer monthly fee) + $160 ($5 × 4 riders x 8 days) = $360 total for one month

  • Monday - Saturday | 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

    • Trailer-ins must vacate the property by closing time.

    • AMEC reserves the right to limit or close schooling during events, weather issues, or maintenance.

    • AMEC trainers have priority for arena use.

    • Schooling is not available during shows. Please see our show schedule before booking schooling days.

  • FACILITY ACCESS INCLUDED: Covered Arena, Large Outdoor Arena, Small Outdoor Arena, Hunter Field, Trailer Parking, Restrooms, Water Access (Use of jumps, dressage course, obstacles, or special equipment may be restricted.)

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: All trailer-in riders must have the following on file or present upon arrival:

    • Current negative Coggins (within 12 months)

    • Proof of vaccinations

    • Signed release of liability waiver

    • Emergency contact information

    PROPERTY RULES: Failure to follow rules may result in removal without refund.

    • ASTM/SEI-approved helmets required when mounted

    • No lunging unless permitted and in designated areas

    • No loose horses outside trailers or arenas

    • Clean up manure around trailers and common areas

    • Respect posted arena etiquette and trainer priority

    WEATHER & FOOTING POLICY:

    • Arena availability subject to weather and footing conditions

    • Schooling may be restricted or canceled to preserve footing

    • No refunds for weather-related closures

    Liability & Risk Acknowledgment: All riders, owners, and handlers participate at their own risk. The facility, owners, and staff are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to horses, riders, equipment, or vehicles
