Rachael Taylor serves as the Operations Manager at Aubrey Meadows Equestrian Center, overseeing the day-to-day business and facility operations and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Rachael’s journey into the equestrian world began through her daughter, who fell in love with horses in 2020. She never imagined that her daughter’s passion would lead her down this path as well. While Rachael didn’t grow up around horses, she quickly fell in love with these beautiful animals and the equestrian community. She immersed herself in learning alongside her daughter, soaking in everything her daughter was being taught and discovering a passion of her own for the horses and the sport.

Today, Rachael is involved in many aspects of Aubrey Meadows, including facility operations, horse show management, scheduling, events, client communication, and business administration. Working behind the scenes, she helps ensure that the facility operates smoothly and that riders, trainers, horses, and clients have a positive experience.

Although Rachael does not ride herself, horses have become a big part of her life. At home, she enjoys caring for and loving on the family’s three horses: Domino, Bravo, and Pepper.

Rachael is passionate about supporting the continued growth of Aubrey Meadows and creating an organized, professional, and welcoming environment where riders can learn, horses can thrive, and the equestrian community can grow.
